The Agility Center: ages 4*+

Bolt Parkour & Freerunning Academy: ages 7+

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registration for all camps are first-come, first-served and must be completed online. ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES SATURDAY AT NOON PRIOR TO THE WEEK OF CAMP. Weekly camp walk-ins are permitted any morning contingent on space (check the website for availability); parents are encouraged to call ahead if planning to drop in for camp. Daily camp walk-ins are permitted Tuesday - Friday only contingent on space.

If there are no spaces available on the website, feel free to call as we occasionally have absences or cancellations. Up until June 1st, nonrefundable deposits are required to hold camp spots and the balance will be automatically charged on June 1st; however, after June 1st, camp payments must be made in full.

After June 1st, changes to camp registrations will result in a $35 administrative fee.

STATE LAW REQUIREMENTS

The state of Maryland regulates summer camp. In compliance with state law, all campers must complete additional health forms. If a camper does NOT attend school in Maryland, vaccination forms are also required and must be submitted before your child can attend camp (if waiting until the morning of your camper's first day, please note that your child is prohibited from entering the gym until his or her forms are processed at the front desk). You may complete the forms via the links on the program pages under HEALTH FORMS.

FOR CAMPERS ATTENDING MULTIPLE GYMS, HEALTH FORMS ARE ONLY REQUIRED FOR THE GYM WHERE YOUR CHILDREN ATTEND MORNING CAMP. ONCE YOU SUBMIT FORMS AT ONE GYM, YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEM AT ANY OF OUR PARTNER GYMS.

GENERAL POLICIES

BEHAVIORAL RULES

White Flint Camps holds a three strike policy for any campers who have behavioral discrepancies (addressed on a case-by-case basis)

SNACKS & LUNCH

Healthy snacks of fruit cups or applesauce will be provided in the morning; campers receive Icee pops in the afternoon. All campers are welcome to bring their own snacks, but they must be free of nuts or trace nuts.

Campers may bring lunches from home or buy pizza and/or juice through the front desk. Orders MUST be placed upon arrival in the morning. Pizza is $2/slice and juice is $1. Cash is preferred.

VENDING MACHINES

Vending machines are available at Dynamite Gymnastics Center, The Agility Center and Pure Performance. Campers will be permitted to purchase items during snack or lunch. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen money, so please advise your campers to keep careful track of his or her money. Although there may be items in the vending machine containing nuts, our staff will supervise purchases to ensure no products with nuts are purchased or consumed during camp hours.

NUT-FREE FACILITY

Please remember that all lunches and snacks brought from home MUST NOT INCLUDE NUTS OR TRACES OF NUTS, nor be manufactured on a shared line with tree nuts. If you pack a lunch with peanut butter alternatives such as sunflower seed butter, please label the item with its ingredients to prevent confusion with a nut product (which are disposed of).

In the event that your child's lunch includes prohibited items, the prohibited items will be confiscated and discarded or sent home with your child. If your child's main entree is prohibited, you will be billed for pizza lunch upon pickup that day.

Please note that foods such as Nutella, cashew butter, and almond butter include tree nuts and therefore are prohibited items.

FAQ ANSWERS

Q: How are the age groups divided?

A: We look at the roster of campers and divided them into groups based on our ratios. Pursuant to Maryland law, we keep campers 5 and under in separate groups from older campers. Any older camper wishing to be with a younger sibling may move to a lower age group, but we cannot allow younger siblings to move to older age groups.

Q: What are your ratios?

A: We maintain 8:1 for our 3 - 5 year old groups and 10:1 for 6 and over. While Maryland law allows for 10:1 and 15:1, respectively, we believe that lower ratios allow for improved instruction and safety.

Q: We only have a few days my child can attend camp. What are my options?

A: From June 12 - July 7, EXCLUSIVE camps are available by the DAY at Dynamite Gymnastics Center, The Agility Center, and Bolt Parkour & Freerunning Academy. From July 10 - September 1, camp by the day is no longer available.

Q: If I need to cancel camp, what are my options?

A: Prior to June 1st, we will refund camp minus the $100 deposit per week. After June 1st, refunds will not be granted as camp fees pay for a spot (like school), not attendance.

Q: If my camper wants to switch camps, what can I do?

A: We are happy to help you find the best place for your camper and will switch your camper as long as there is space in the camp of your choice. Multiple switches may result in an administrative fee of $35.

Q: If my camper needs to switch weeks (at the same or different gym or program), what are my options?

A: Contingent on space, we will switch your camper to a different camp week for a $35 administrative fee.

Q: Can my camper attend camp less than weeks at a time after July 7th?

A: Unfortunately, after July 7th, demand for camp increases and we hire counselors by the week. For this reason, we cannot accommodate campers who only want to attend a few days each week.

Q: Do we get make-ups for missed camp days?

A: No. Unlike classes, we do not allow campers to make-up missed camp days.

Q: I only want my camper to attend half-day camp. What are my options?

A. Your camper may attend half-day camps through EXCLUSIVE camps at Dynamite Gymnastics Center, The Agility Center, or Bolt Parkour. These camps are offered throughout the summer.

Q: Why is four single camp days equal in price to the full week?

A: Since we do not provide make-ups for missed camp days, we charge for four days and give the fifth day for free. We only give the fifth day free if in the same week as we hire staff by the week.

Q: Can I mix and match camps?

A: From July 10 - September 1, full-day campers can attend one camp in the morning at one gym and another in the afternoon. For campers who want to learn ball sport fundamentals to develop hand-eye coordination and dexterity, Bridging the Gap is a great option. From June 12 - July 7, we are only offering EXCLUSIVE camps, which are offered at one gym all day.

Q: My daughter wants to attend camp with her brother who is in the Parkour/Martial Arts, but she's only 6. What are her options?

Parkour starts at 7 years old, while Martial Arts starts at 5. She could register for either AM Agility or Gymnastics, and meet up with her brother in the afternoon during Martial Arts. Alternatively, her brother may decide to forego Parkour and attend Agility instead.

To register for full- or half-day camp at a single Dynamite gym, select the "Learn More/Register" button below your preferred camp on our All-Day Exclusive page.

If you have children below 6 years of age that you want to keep together with older siblings, register them for an Exclusive camp.

Daily camp is only available until July 7th. If you wish to register for a week of camp before July 10th, you can save by registering for a week rather than for five consecutive days.

Half-day camp is only available at Exclusive camp. Mix it Up and Bridging the Gap are full-day camps only.

Selected options for Mix it Up camp are for the entire week and are not interchangeable with other options.

MAKE-UP TRADE-INS

Full-day (8:30am - 4:30pm) = 4 make-ups
Full-day extended AM/PM (8am - 6pm) = 5 make-ups
